Course Aims
This intensive course is designed to give an introduction to ACT! 3.0, Symantec's business contact manager for the Windows environment. This entirely 'hands on' course will give readers a good understanding of recording their contacts, maintaining a contact history, communicating via a range of media, scheduling their activities and producing reports. |
Assumed Knowledge
