Course Aims
This course provides practical guidance on how to plan and schedule projects using MS Project 2000. On completion of the course readers will have acquired the skills needed to create a new project; analyze and adjust schedules with date, dependency and resource constraints; customize and print Gantt Chart views and reports; and record and review task progress against the baseline. Readers will also acquire the necessary skills to customize and print high quality charts and reports for effective communication of project plans.
